Vayutron Converts Ambient Air into Disinfectant!

Vayutron uses Patented Technology to Generate Charged Ions (Reactive Oxygen Species) also called as Hydroxyl Ions from humidity present in Surrounding Ambient Air. Hydroxyl Ions and its usage for disinfection are common in many Industrial and Medical Process and Applications, though there are various methods used for Ionization depending on the application and end use.

Vayutron inhales ambient air having various gases (Primarily Oxygen and Nitrogen) and Water Vapors (Humidity), this mixture then passes through a proprietary High Voltage Electrode Assembly which is charged using very High Intensity Electric Field. The high energy field (in plasma state) interacts with the mixture and converts the gas molecules in reactive Ionic form. The various free radical ions interact with each other and generates a highly reactive mixture called as Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). These combination and derivatives of Radical Oxygen Ions when exhaust from the outlet of Vayutron, reacts with water vapors and forms the Hydroxyl Ions. These Ions are spread in the ambient and start neutralizing contamination. Most of the Bad odor causing heavy molecules are oxidized and thereby the odor is neutralized.

The Micro-organism Viruses, Bacteria and multi-cell structures such as Fungi and Pollen; their cell outer membrane is made of protein layer. The protein layer which is made up of hydrocarbons, when react with Hydroxyl Ions, they are dissolved and the cell integrity is broken as pores are formed on the cell outer body. Due to such effect the cell looses its reproduction capability, so they can't multiply when come in contact with host cell and produce infection.

Both these effects are very useful to deactivate air born as well as on surface contamination, also the ions are mixed with Air, all corners and difficult to reach places are also disinfected thoroughly.
